I was born and raised in Maui, HI. I went to college in Colorado for four years, finally graduating in 2005 with a degree in criminal justice with a justice administration emphasis, and a double minor in psychology and sociology. In college, I did the typical college experience, including joining a sorority, in which if you ever met me, you would be surprised to know this. I'm a very blunt person with a dry sense of humor. Probably far from bubbly and upbeat. I have been told that I'm actually a funny person though.

After I graduated, I moved back home and I am now in an occupation that has absolutely nothing to do with my degree. I'm a painter in construction. It happened more from choice than from a lack of jobs within my studied field. Reason being, money talks. I make more money in painting than I would in the criminal justice field. Plus it's a family business so my hours are more flexible. Someday I plan on getting my masters or at least another degree in business, but for now, I just want to travel. I also like to snowboard and ski. I do both. I can surf, but not very well. It's kind of ironic since I live in Hawaii. I don't really consider myself a writer. I write fanfic because I find it very relaxing, but I enjoy reading fanfic more.

My writing will usually be Buffy-centric because she has always been my favorite. It will also likely end up in femslash, mostly because I like to see different pairings from the norm. I have nothing against hetero pairings, but I get tired of seeing the same ones over and over. If there is a hetero pairing that hasn't been done much or even at all, I usually end up liking the concept.... unless the entire story is horrible. I absolutely despise Buffy/Xander pairings because deep down, I don't think they make a good couple. Even if Joss Whedon flat-out announced that they were always meant to be together, I would still disagree. Also, Buffy/Angel pairings come in a close second for my dislike. Can we say depressing? Plus that whole forbidden love crap is overrated.
