*grinning* Dawn so caught T flat footed with that "You're not human either" comment. I would love to see you continue this one! Teal'c and Dawn would be great together (either as friends or as a pairing). I hope you've got lots more of these in store as well, because they've all been fun!
One itsy correction: you've repeated "to empty her" in the third sentence of the second paragraph. An easy thing to miss, so I just thought I'd point it out.

This was a really fun little fic. "Now the sun was down and karma or Murphy was going to strike her like lightning. She just knew it, though hopefully not literally because that would be even worse to explain." was excellent Dawnspeak, and the ending was perfect--although what the SGC is going to make of the spitter, I don't know. Hee.

I like it. But you made a small error. Valar is taller than Buffy and they with all probability don't have the same shoe size.
