Okay can I just say I've loved where you've gone with this. I love Pomfrey as a main character with thoughts and opinions, rather than a huffy side note, and most of all, I love the dream sequences at the beginning of the chapters.

And with all that said, I'd love more to love.

My favorite section of the last couple chapters is this:

"“So? I’ve seen naked girls before. And you can’t be that much younger than me. No big deal.”


Buffy snorted. “I’m not younger than you, I’m older. I’m twenty,” she said.


It was James’ turn to stop suddenly. However, rather than appearing horrified he seemed absolutely delighted. “An older woman,” he said, a rapturous look in his eyes as he resumed walking."


I like how you're setting up a Buffy/James = Harry. Will Buffy have Harry, be sent to the future, and then be there for Harry during his fight with Voldemort? Hmm.

I love that last part of chapter six, it's wonderful. I have to wonder what Poppy wad remembering. I hope Buffy will have a way to defend herself if she cannot be a slayer anymore, that is also something that she needs to do she is a champion and she needs a way to be one and without that slayer powers she is going to be very lost. I love this fic, I think it is so very wonderful so far more soon please.

Poor Buffy, it's going to take her a lot of time to get used to not having slayer strength. I liked the interaction between James and Buffy. Her nightmare left me confused. Is she having prophetic dream about the future, and is she the one that is crying not Harry? I'm sure all questions will be answered within the course of the story, and I can't wait to read more.

I'm still not sure why Buffy doesn't have her powers.
Yeah sure she's in the past, but what's the saying? Once a Slayer, always a Slayer?

Ok, James' reaction to Buffy's age was the best! Too funny. Great dream sequence in the beginning as well. I could completely connect to what Buffy was experiencing through your descriptions - the Surprise Symphony was a great tool. Poor Buffy. I like that you had her rail at the PTB because of her situation. They do deserve a good kick in the butt! lol Looking forward to the next chapter. :)

When you say no lilly, do you mean not having her in teh story at ALL?
I think she should still be in the story, i think it would add an interesting bit of conflict to the story. I don't necessarily think she should be with James though. I don't feel like JKR really gave us enough information for me to really buy that James and Lilly were compatable. (sometimes i like to think that Dumbledore forced them together so they could produce Harry and save the world)
Either way the story goes, i don't think you should be taking a vote, let the story write itself, don't let your readers choose it for you!
I'm eager for Buffy to get out of the hospital wing and to see how she is incorperated into hogwarts life.

I'm not taking a vote, just addressing a question that keeps coming up. Lily will be in the story, I just have yet to decide in what capacity. Buffy will be out of the Hospital Wing and "settling in" at Hogwarts very soon. As for James and Lily in the story, I've never understood the need to question their relationship. The last time we see them together they are fifteen years old. Remus says in the fifth book that they don't even start dating until seventh year. A lot can change in two years, especially at that age.

It will be interesting to see how she does without her slayer senses and strength. I am really looking forward to seeing what happens next.
