Thanks for the review! I've been toying with continuing this story, but haven't quite formalized where I want it to go. I'm thinking of at least doing a part where they are still on the road to California from Dean's point of view. Or even derailing Tara from ending up in Sunnydale... Who knows...

Things that warm my heart, this has been added to the list. I liked the fact that you let us 'see' Dean's emotions but kept him cool/calm for Tara. The casual use of her stutter was a nice throw back to when we first met her in season 4 and didn't feel forced at all. Thank you for sharing!

I was concerned on how much stutter she should have. But the 20 minutes thing didn't leave me much time to ponder it which probably helped in the long run.

I have the nagging urge to follow up on this one and I may do it someday...

This story really tugged at me. I could easily see an AU where Tara is resurrected or leaves Sunnydale and ends up with Dean. You played it well, showing how she pulled at Dean's softer side.
