This is such a lovely, sad story. Tara is a much under-used character in my opinion; she is one of my favorite BtVS characters. I wish there were more Supernatural/Tara stories out there. Your characterization was dead on, and this was a very original idea. I'd love to see more of this, but alas, it is evidently a one shot. Thank you for writing this.
