Their interaction was perfectly on spot and Xander likes someone who isn't a demon so yay! I liked the flying monkey bit, those little winged bastards terrified me in the Wizard of Oz when I was little. So you get extra brownie points for bringing up fond childhood memories.
But you've also made me like Jo. *grumbles* The only time I've liked her in this season was when evil!Sam smacked her head into a bar...that was nifty.
