I loved this!!!! Any plans for a sequel? Maybe showing the rest of the team's reactions to John and Faith? Or even another showing the Scoobies' reactions to Faith being with John? Either way, sequel or not, I loved this one!

Love it! I particularly enjoyed the idea that Faith and Sheppard shared a bond of instinctive trust from the first, both having known what it was like to be in disfavor with their superiors, and both willing to accept the other on what and who they were NOW. And great bit at the end, about John's first priority after being rescued!

Very good read. The stargate becoming inoperable would have been a bit more believeable, but it worked anyway.

Great fic! I loved the progression of their relationship with the progression of time, and especially that you kept track. 67 days alone on a planet together... I wish I could see what happens after they've been picked up, but really, this is complete as it is.

EDIT: Forgot to add, I'm pretty sure if the whole Stargate exploded, the entire planet would've gone kaboom. It's made out of naquadah, and isn't naquadah supposed to be super-explosive? I would've just said maybe it broke, and obviously neither John nor Faith know how to fix a broken Stargate. Still, as a plot device, it works!

I'm going with the one-in-a-bajillion-chance of the stargate just being vaporised, and not taking out the rest of the planet (and let's just say for the sake of argument, that a lot of the destructive power that would have kaboomed the planet, got transmitted through the stargate...hence, giant blast crater, but planet's still intact).
And yes, I'm just making this up as I go along.
I basically just wanted to get past the whole 'let's find a way off the planet' thing.
