Wonderful story. Read the first part earlier on today (should have reviewed, will go back and do that) and found the writing to be creative and the narrative extremely well done. I hope you get inspired to continue writing, I'd love to see where you go with this.

Just re-reading this series and wanted to let you know how good it is. Love the 1st story and really like how you started out this second one. Hope that you will pick it back up one day. :)

Well, from that last description, Andrew just became their Achilles heel. On the Writer's block you mentioned in your Author's Note at the beginning: May One recommend "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron? Because of illness and such, I have severe long-term writer's block issues *except* when I consistently do the Morning Pages and Affirmations every day. Morning Pages are simply three handwritten pages of stream of consciousness just dumped onto the page first thing every morning. If you compare writer's block to a ditch in rainy weather that's gotten clogged with fallen leaves and is backing up water, the Morning Pages is taking a hoe and clearing the leaves so the water can flow again. I *highly* recommend the practice. I hope your schedule and muse will allow you to write and post more chapters sometime soon. Keep up the good work. Zafaran {mailto:} zafaran {at} fastmail {dot} fm

I found this on a search through the Archive. I really enjoyed it. I have read the first one and then this one in one sitting.

I hope that your writers block shatters for you so that you can make some progress on this. I would love to see what you do with all of them.

Ethan being a Chaos mage does add a bit of spice to this...and considering the 'unlimited' lines you used in casting the original spells...does suggest that he has a lot of room to play with Chaos.

One nitpick: Buffy was definitely 15 when she was called.

This is a great story line, and I'm hoping there are more chapters soon. I thought I should tell you, though. You misspelled Ethan's last name. It's Rayne, not Raines.
