The hair of slayer and blood of vengeance demon wand seems more and more likely that this AU is the result of a Wish, and all things considered I would bet it is through Halfrek(over lost childhoods).

Personally I would think making all of them go to Hogwarts would be really cliche and it could work a lot better if you sent them to different schools. For example if you make Willow a wanded witch there is a chance that she might go to Durmstrang rather than Hogwart's since I am not sure if it is cannon or fannon but her grandmother experienced the Concentration camps so her family could easily come through Germany. And if you were to send Tara to Beauxbatons Willow and her could first meet up when they are older at the tri-wizard tournament rather all of them growing up together. At the same time you could also send Jesse to whatever school handles the North American west coast hence exposing them to different magic schools and possibly different magics.

The best thing is rather than depending on each other they could each become strong independently while still keeping in contact during the school years and meeting up over the summers and maybe even some holidays. I can also see Willow pressuring her other friends to keep up with mundane studies by doing summer school so they don't harm their possible futures.

I would offer help with being a beta as you might need someone to prevent your backstories from becoming too convoluted or cliched.

As to Xander's house I can see him in any of them but I think he would be most suited to Gryffindor or Hufflepuff, as he is cunning some of the time, intelligent some of the time, brave a lot of the time but he is loyalty incarnate, the down side is that he can be lazy occasionally which would counteract the loyalty quality making him equally suited for Gryffindor or Hufflepuff.

If there is one request that I am going to beg you to follow is that if your sorting song is not absolutely brilliant please don't copy one from cannon and double please just skip over it. It is painful how many absolutely dreadful sorting song attempts there are out there.

I do have an interesting idea for a prank that either Xander or the twins could play on the sorting hat when they put it on if you are interested.

Quite an interesting twist. The question is would this Xander be sorted into Hufflepuff or Slytherin? I'm guessing you already decided, but what I'm trying to say is that I'm enjoying the start of this story. I'm certain being raised on the hellmouth, even if Xander doesn't know it yet, will become an interesting factor at some point in the story -- even if you decide to send him back to Sunnydale for his sophmore year of highschool... or not. I was wondering isn't harry the Potter Heir since he is the son of the Potter Heir. Also why haven't they gone to visit harry and will they take him away once they find out how he is treated?

if you want to get weird---have Giles managing a slayer before Buffy; eventually that girl dies & then Buffy arrives in Sunnydale.... or have Dawn in Hogwarts (Hank is a wizard, one of the reasons for the divorce was, Buffy is a squib). Just an idea.
Anyway--good idea on the source of Willow's frog fear. You can also have Anyanka the vengeance demon driven off by a patronus --by someone who's Patronus is a giant rabbit. heh. (source of her 'rabbit fear' )---

Wow, not to be blunt but this story would be better if it was edited for spelling. Hope that you are well, my father was lethargic after chemo for his cancer. But back to the story, spelling is the only problem i have with it; otherwise it's good.

Been a while since you updated, please keep going the story has potential.

Oh about ages since it seems Xander, Fred and George are the same age which is 11 and about to start their 1st years at Hogwarts the other characters would from what info I found be as follows.
Bill Weasly - 17/18 would have just finished Hogwarts.
Charlie Weasly - 15/16 will be in 6th year of Hogwarts.
Percy Weasly - 12/13 will be in 3rd year of Hogwarts.
Harry, Hermione and Ron - 8/9 and Ginny 7/8.
All ages are of course dependant on the Birthdays but they are close enough.

Sorry for not updating but last year I went throu chemo and now I am just getting back into thing hope to have the next chapter up in a week or so.

The Wizarding World may not have machine-tech, but they do have magic-tech. Unfortunately, they also have a dearth of creative ideas. I'm wondering though, if ANYone there has ever thought of making some kind of recording device. If there is any such thing in the Wizarding World, Xander could just record his story and replay it whenever someone asks about him.
