Great story, brilliant interactions and characterizations, please update soon. Poor Xander in 1999 thinking or knowing people don't think your useful must hurt alot especially when your risking your life to help them, I'm glad he got to have something that helps him feel like he's worth something to others or at least something that they would think is useful although as Xander has stated he is useful to his friends anyway. Please continue with this story.

I liked it, if only because by showing the Lightning Force (Speed Force( and the explanation..well I can see so much possibility..
Lightning can be split:}..Lightning can absorb electricity...Lightning can..etc...you see the possibilities?

I agree there are tons of possibilities. You see this in the comic books especially. In the Justice League Cartoons Flash just runs fast and thats pretty much it. In the comics you see him vibrating his body to move through solid objects, transfering and controling the momentum of other objects, and so much more. There's really a lot you can do with it.
I'll have fun with Xander as he develops his powers. ;)
