I passed this by the when I saw the first chappie, don't remember why, maybe you should alter your summary/ blurb? Anyways this surprised me, it's quite interesting and I like that you're taking the time to get a little backstory in there instead of them suddenly seeing each other in her Sixth/Seventh year and saying, 'Gee he's/she's purty damn hot!' Or something like that...

Oooh, this looks like it will be really good! I don't think I've seen a Charlie-Hermione fic before, at least not that I remember. It sounds like he could really appreciate her, and expand her horizons a bit without making her just a buddie. With her uncanny observation skills, she really is better off with older guys, and I think you're capturing their characters nicely.

I'm really looking forward to the next chapter. Are we going to see the events of the deatheater attacks that night, or are you going to jump forward more?
