I love this story so much. While its short it is extremely sweet and I agree with demongirl's review entirely, please add more to this. Its an amazing idea.

Doesn't work for the time line. However its a nice idea. You could have successfully fitted in a Buffy in her late thirties being all maternal to him. She grew into a fine lady like her mother.

Perhaps Alec will return, and be very shocked to find that Joyce has died, and that Buffy and Dawn are left. Perhaps Alec and Buffy will fall in love? Perhaps I am being too presumptuous. This was brilliant.
