Not sure how Dumbledore expected to get socks out of Harry defeating Voldie, but it was funny to read that was one of his goals. After all, that is what he saw in the mirror of Erised: himself holding a pair of nice woolen socks.

I didn't care for the idea that Dumbledore was actually evil (I pictured him more likely to go into the corner and sooth his hurt feelings with a handful of lemon drops while sulking) but to each their own.

So, did Xander get his possessions back under control? And where did the house elf come from? When the plot bunnies make you write more, I'll be here to read it. =]
