I have no idea of what is about to happen, but I think I am going to like it. Lol! The idea of a Slayer being able to create glamors for stealth and infiltration is just neat. And it makes a lot of sense. Poor Maggie is so screwed. Lol! And, I will have to admit, if Buffy and Tara do get together, their powers could be a whole lot of fun in the bedroom. Lol!

Glad you liked it. Thought it just made sense to have camouflage (glamor) become one of the powers Slayers attained as they grew older. They already blended pretty well in the dark, but not all demons stayed to night time hours.

Sorry to read about Ike and your RL situation. I hope Buffy and Tara end up together. Both are so broken I am not sure either can fix themselves without some outside help, i.e. each other. And what does Buffy's Slayer Dream mean? Has Maggie learned how to trap souls for some demonic reason? She is such a bad, BAD girl. No Evil Mastermind biscuits for her. I was so glad to see you had updated your wonderfully dark story. I reread the whole thing and am very happy with how it all hangs together. I so like the fact that V still has some human feelings and hope Tara can eventually save her soul. I'm not sure how V, if it was V, took out the Washington Region governmental complex. Did she blow the place before she hit DC or does she have confederates that carried out the attack while she was saving Tara and scaring the heck out of Willow and Ripper? I fully expected V to spot Xander's body in the Alternate Military HQ and was glad she didn't see any trace of him. I have no idea of how V is going bring down the whole government, but I look forward to finding out. More, please?

Sorry for the long delay. My muse has been very stubborn lately, but thankfully she's back and I intend to tape her into a chair until V comes to it's explosive conclusion. I've left hints along the way on how V has been able to accomplish many of her seemingly over-the-top single person feats. (Remember those trips she took before she started her final journey) those are important foreshadowing.

Thank you. This is my first attempt at a first person viewpoint. I absolutely loved V for Vendetta and couldn't resist trying to twist it around to work the Buffy characters to fit into it.

Dang, your Buffy is such a bitch! I know you have put her through hell so we know why she is how she is, but damn! Lol! I just hope Tara can eventually bring back some of Buffy's humanity. Still a great story, by the way. I can't wait for more.

May I say how happy I am that you've gotten to this part. I cheated and have read this on your site checking out some of your other stories. I have to say that this is my favorite despite the stark and even brutal darkness of this story.

I also want to say that using to a 1st person point of view has really increased the compelling quality of this story. No easy task to write in first person and you've pulled it off very nicely. In fact, I'm glad that you did as it creates a sense of dark isolation that reflects the "V" story. Well done. And I love the idea that Buffy will have Tara along now, or at least I hope she'll be around just a bit longer.

I really hope it won't be long before you add to this fascinating story. Thanks for sharing.
