Continued very good writing and story. Was initially pretty confused in the aftermath of Whistler's stabbing Xander. Still don't know WHY Whistler did it. PTBs afraid balance out of whack? Whistler free-lancing, etc. Also a bit confused about the dialogue with Oma. Are you suggesting the PTBs are another sub-group of ascended ancients that DO interfere? But, unlike Oma don't have the best interests of humanity in mind?

Also, it didn't make sense for Xander/Green Lantern to use fire and explosives on the coach's lab. Easier and safer (fire could spread, innocents could get killed/injured, etc) to just bundle it up and put it all at bottom of ocean, in sun, etc.

Definitely liked what you did with the altered timeline and including SG1 in the mix...should be very interesting times ahead.

Don't forget that the PtBs had plans for Angel.

And Xander was trying to set it up as an accident. It was an abandoned building in an unoccupied part of the dock area. Lifting it up in a glowing green construct is a little obvious, and you may have noticed that he's trying to be relatively low-key with his ring use.

I like the new chapter with any appearing, but I was wondering why xander was so harsh with oz. Also are you more in favor of tara over oz? I know willow is always saying she is gay now later on but she definitely was attracted to and enjoyed xander and oz, so I think she qualifies as bisexual, not gay. I never really liked tara as a character until her last season when she finally grew a personality. I was the same way with Riley. It wasn't until they grew a backbone and stood up to people and make waves that they started being more than one or two dimensional characters.

I vote oz.

What happened to Apophis? SG-1? Did Xander learn about he Stellar Sentinels? Is there really a planet Oa in this universe? Is the buffyverse one of the 52 parallel universes setup in DC comics?

Why was Xander so harsh with Oz? It has mostly to do with the fact that the last memories he has of Oz is of Oz breaking Willow's heart.

As for which I prefer for Willow, actually, I prefer Xander. ;-) In all seriousness, I have no particular preference for Willow between Oz and Tara, and I agree that she's bisexual. But again, see above. Xander's acting in overprotective mode again. As for the SG-1 stuff, that's a few chapters away, and no, the Buffyverse is not one of the 52. I'm answering that here because it's simply a concept that's not going to come up within story.

Loved it. It's always nice when the bad guys die due to their own stupidity or greed.

I'm enjoing this story more and more, can't wait for the next chapter. the lesbo coment by faith and willow/tara 's responce was just too good. and totally in charater for faith, but next up should be Mayor (I wanna be a 100ft snake) Wilkins. and since faith now has a sort of family (hopefully) she won't go dark on us.

I think this story is the best xander Green Lantern story ever. The only other one I know of he dosen't even remain green lantern. I also how you manage to work in something similar to the green lanterns into this universe. However, I don't like how angel was handeld. I know that xander and angel never liked each other, but I think its because they were so similar underneath it all. They both got treated like crap by there parents, both felt useless in their early lives, but angel got turned vampire.

Xander becoming powerful dosen't mean he has to treat angel like a basterd. Sorry, I like angel and xander both, but in fanfic it seems like writers for Xander hate angel.

Great story, but how about writing a short story about the other xander, the one who gave this Xander the power ring. A story that follows him after chosen and into his life as a DC Comic Green Lantern. Plus, if its the future did the GL Xander get his eye replaced? Also was he aware of this xander? what happened to him after he returned to his time/universe?

Maybe you could just work this into this story instead.

Actually, Xander's fouled up treatment of Angel (and make no mistake, he fouled it up majorly) is based more on the part where Angel killed Ms. Calendar and led Cordy to her death (from his perception; he only ever got second- and third-hand accounts, never a complete picture). That it hasn't actually happened in this timeline is something emotions tend to ignore and turn into an excuse to prevent it from happening. In short, it was done to point out that he isn't perfect.

As for the other Xander... well, we haven't seen the last of that world, though it's going to be quite a while before we get to that. Quite a while.

please continue. In my opinion it is the most interesting xander green lantern story. The other one I would like to see is the one xanders memory is based on. where post season 7 xander gets sent to future dc universe and becomes a green lantern there.

I could do that, but honestly, it just feels like a retread to me. I've already done the Xander-stuck-in-the-DCAU thing already, albeit with no power ring. Besides, that's his happily ever after (once he gets over not going home).

Yay for Stargate! Loved the gold is for opposing the Green Lanterns part. Could use more dialog and clarification of events though.

I'm not usually a fan of comic book crossovers...but I am *really* enjoying this, and looking foreward to more!

I am still curious as to just who the AU Justice League-ers were.
