I love this story so far! The interaction between Xander and all of the different gods is so interesting! I can't wait to see how you integrate Bliss into highschool! More soon, please?

I quite enjoyed this story and hope you continue it. Its one of the best done fics I've found on the site and I heartily recommend it as reading.

It's the same as the series... but not. The Greek gods and a supportive family leads to a new and improved Xander. I like the idea of a teen god going to highschool. This is a fun fic. I look forward to more.

Nice chapter. I do have to say that Xander's speech patterns seem a bit more childish then in canon, he was always immature but words like "meanie" were always more Willow's thing than Xander's.

This chapter is sort of good and I am glad about how close to the cannon series of Buffy you intend to follow.

I really did like Hecate's introduction and I almost wanted Xander to get some basic training with magic (though I would love for there to be scene where Hecate tries to figure out what about Xander causes magic to go wonky) or at the very least a basic understanding of how magic works even if he does not use it.

I have a few new ideas about the dog tags. The first is that it has some intelligence built in to them so as that it gives him the weapon it need but might not necessarily want. For example he has no training with a cross bow so instead it becomes a supersoaker filled with an endless supply of holy water, (and still what effect would there be on Holy water blessed by a god instead of a priest? Or even would holy water that a priest blesses then uses himself be more effective than that which is used by someone else? And since Xander is considered a priest of sorts would he be able to bless his own water? Maybe not in Ares name but Apollo or Helios (and can a god give another permission to bless things in their name?)) the second idea would be that the dog tags could only turn into weapons that Xander has been exposed to (with maybe some improvement, like endless ammo or automatically reloading crossbows maybe some divine twist like they were produced by artisans instead of mass produced over the counter standard stock). The third thought was that when Xander starts training under Aries that Aries might lock it so as it can only become weapons he is training with (unless directly appealed to him) that way he would learn through the submersion methods.

Then there is the slight comedic alternates when Xander is trying to learn proper visualization, i.e. he asks for a sword he gets something that more resembles an envelope opener, he then asks for a bigger sword and he gets a 20 meter long monstrosity that might have been used by Voltron or Power Rangers Megazord, he asks for a gun he gets a paint gun, he then asks for one with proper ammo and it become a paint ball gun, he asks for lead ammo and the paint becomes a thick white one he ask for one with solid projectiles and it becomes a nail gun (at which point he gives up and just starts shooting nails at the highest setting at the demon of the week).

The next thought was about armor, could the tags be used to form armor? I mean a Kevlar vest might be a good idea in certain instances but Iron Man armor might be hard to explain away (though there should not be a demon on the face of the earth that could stand up to it) let alone Spartan armor (though if you do want to play around with these but don't want to give him the strength thus warping the story both armors are designed for specific individuals with cybernetic implants without which he might as well be a piece of artwork for all the good that they would do for him so in essence he would call up the armor only to either keep whatever pose he is in or fall flat on his face) not to mention a Gundumn or even a fighter jet (there is little chance that he could plot either without extensive training so it probably would again be a better piece of sculpture than a weapon)... Though on this thought would he try to make a vehicle? I mean I can see him needing in a fit of panic to make a fast getaway and they can be used as a weapon, a nice Kawasaki Bike a 65 Mustang, heck even the Bat mobile would really be sweet...

the plot is not only interesting but also very unique at least to. you did a goood job of changing and adding things without chaging much, it make it very easy to follow with the timeline. the story is also not boring or confusing so it is very enttracing (is that even a word?) and quite flowy. keep up the good work. i will be waiting for more!
