This is an interesting universe you've created here. I can't wait to read the Daniel/Shar'e reunion, or find out what Apophis has in store for Hathor. But first, I want to see Cordy and co kick the mayor's butt! :)

This is story is extremely funny, captures the characters well, has an interesting view of System Lord politics, and captures the feel of Stargate, wherein small groups of people running around on their own consistently alter the balance of power in the universe without resorting to armies very often (even if only because they'd crush us)-while feeling somewhat practical.
Needless to say, I love it.

This story is one piece of good work! A real classic satire with a plot line! I love it! Cordelia as a System Lord. Her cheerleaders as Jaffa. As for Isis, SOS! Somebody, save me! My host reads Cosmopolitan! What more could you ask for?
Comments from author:
Yeah, my problem here is that apart from finishing out the Graduation bit, I dunno what to do. I really don't want to just keep copying Buffy or Stargate plots, just with Cordelia inserted.

She's the queen of the galaxy. They just don't know it yet.

Cool story. I just started reading it when you started updating recently, and finally caught up. I like how you've brought all the various characters (e.g., Faith and Kennedy) together at the same time but in a different manner. The idea about giving the golf clubs to Jack to watch him try and find the trap was hilarious. As is Willow's daydreaming out loud.
Comments from author:
Wonder how many tests Sam could manage to concoct on Jack's behalf to try and find the trap in those golf clubs...

Or maybe just a really really really tired man, who is going to need viagra now for the rest of his life because he broke his love muscle. lol!
Enjoying this fic.

Now THIS is a funny crackfic. In fact, it's downright hilarious to an extent I haven't enjoyed in at least a year. It's definitely getting a 5 out of 5 rating on my private "stuff I've read" list.
What I especially like about it is that it's the "Would be perfectly ordinary if not for a bit of crack in the plot concept" kind of fic, rather than the "in your face" ones which authors often write in an attempt to substitute crack for quality.
Sort of reminds me of "Uhhhhh, ok" in a way. (A highly amusing Evangelion oneshot where Rei and Shinji act like Beavis and Butthead to see how Misato reacts)

Sweet! And now for the big finish! Lots and lots of tiny little ex-mayor snake bits. Inquiring minds want to know, do these little pieces of demon-snake taste like chicken? Maybe Jack can barbecue a few to find out? What kind of wine goes with bar-b-q demon-snake?
Comments from author:
General Cordy's Snake. Like General Tso's Chicken, but with extra plasma cannon.

CPTSkipReview:
I was so glad to see you updating your wonderful story, I had to reread the whole thing. And I was delighted all over again. About the Mayor McSnake issue, all I could thing of when Cordy was explaining her plan was "Nuke it from orbit. It's the only way to be sure." Your last few lines made me feel sorry for poor Buffy. Of course she might have been a bit of a wet blanket, but at least all the girls as the party had body temperatures above room temperature. I look forward to more Galactic Empress Cordelia goodness.

Nice update.
The adding on to this instead of the sequel you had started threw me for a bit.
Nice to see Cordelia messing with the people in SunnyD's minds.
Glad she brought Sam along.
Like the idea of Cordy gaining the female Jaffa from Moloch. Might be nice to see her developing Hak'tyl or whatever that planet they were hiding on is called. I can see Cordy brining in construction crews from Earth to build her stuff as she refuses to live in tents.
Wonder how Cordy decorated her Ha'tak.
More soon please.
Comments from author:
Well, I want to save A Drop in the Ocean for the inevitable Atlantis-based sequel, so I moved the one chapter of it to this story and decided to keep adding to it.
As for fixing up Hak'tyl... can I get an amen?
