I haven't been following this story but I an now. nice development and really great flow with the dialog it seems very natural. love how they stoled angel's car and when is spike getting his body back????

Wow, I just reread this and I still love it! I'm seriously hoping that the Mystery Person you're pairing Dawn with is Connor! That would be so awesome! And the look on Angel's face when he meets Dawn's new boyfriend would be priceless! I also noticed that you added and authors note to the first chapter almost a year ago saying that the next chapter would be up within a couple days; you wouldn't believe how disappointed I was to get to the end of this and realize that it hadn't been updated yet! :-( Please, please, please update soon?

As for an explanation as to why the kids are going to high school, it will help them to hide in plain sight, help them blend in a bit more. If they didn't go to school, someone might notice and look at them more closely. Plus, I think that Buffy would want them to be around kids their own age and to have that little bit of normal. I hope that helps!

Few things are more jarring than suddenly coming to the end of what's been written for a story you're completely absorbed in.
I loved the first twenty chapters and hope there will still be more to come, this has been really interesting and well written!

Ok, i'm not sure this is relevant anymore, i only just read your post and it was posted way back in july, and by all means feel free to ignore this, but here is what i think:

They are going to a muggle school simply to get a muggle education. They can't go to a wizarding school, so they go to a muggle. Besides, it will help them broaden their understanding, from what i have read in the HP books, it seems to be on common agreement that muggles are idiots. But, clearly they (or alternatively we) are not. We have nuclear weapons (not exactly a yay point, but will still wipe out pretty much a whole city in a very short space of time, whilst wizards can only kill one person at a time - on the powerful kill-y weapons i think we win), we have an army, and cars, airplanes, mobile phones, the Internet (thank god), etc... In the end we have so much more than them and they need to know it. By teaching Draco about muggles you got him to be a normal angst-y teenager, the others need to follow suit. After all, all heroes need an education, even if they don't feel like or want it. And they need to get out of the way of the slayers/watchers/demon killing people/brooding vampires.

Also, amazing story, wonderful to hear you have decided to stop the abandoning, and just to be the annoying person (clears throat) 'UPDATE SOON'!!!!!!!

How could I give this story anything other than a 10? I was going through the voting for The Crossing Over Awards and guess what... there was your story under Best Unfinished HP Crossover (so you know I just HAD to vote for you) and then I decided to reread the story. And while I've read it easily three times through it's still by far one of my favorite fanfiction stories. Imagine my delight when I read an update from 7/11/07 saying you've continued the story. I really hope you are able to update! I understand loosing steam and not knowing where to go with the story, but I really do hope you've continued to be as inspired as you were when you updated your authors note. I would LOVE to see an update to this story. Anywho, thanks for reading my little rant. Love the story!

I had a period where I hadn't written anything more than a thousand words in over two years.

But I just won NaNoWriMo, and it inspired me to start working on all my unfinished stuff again.

I've picked this back up, and I'll start posting again in the new year.

Although I think this story is fantastic, I cannot give it a 10. why?? Because it has not been updated since February 2005!!! Even though your author's note from July 07 said this would be updated, it hasn't been. Please either update soonest, or if this story is on another site, please let me know so I can follow it. This is one of my all-time favorites. I love your characterizations and the relationships that you have developed. I have re-read your story quite often and thoroughly enjoy it every time.

Hey, I totally LOVE this story and can't wait to read more! I love your Draco, he's very different from canon but at the same time not out-of-character, which I absolutely love. He's definitely a lot like Spike. I also like the interaction between J.J. and Dawn and also between J.J. and Luna. I can't wait to see how Ginny and J.J.'s relationship develops! You just know that Ron is gonna lose it when he finds out. I also can't wait to see how the Gryffindor Four-Luna Reunion goes, it shoud be interesting. I have to say that I really hope that you stick to Angel Canon enough that Spike gets recorporealized and that Connor comes back. I'm actually hoping for a Connor/Dawn pairing *crosses fingers* Oh, and I'm really hoping that Cordy wakes up, but doesn't die like in canon, cos that totally sucked! I can't wait for the kids' first day of school, pretty much gauranteed to be hella hectic! And very, very hilarious! As for pairings, J.J./Ginny obviously, Dawn/Connor, Willow/Spike, Angel/Cordy, Faith/Sirius, Luna/Blaise (no clue how that would come about but I've loved that pairing since reading "I Have Never Felt Your Fear" by echo) & maybe Buffy/Lindsey. If not Willow/Spike, then Willow/Lindsey and Buffy/Spike. Anyway, I can't wait to read more and I hope you update soon! This is one of my all-time favorite stories! Keep up the good work! And please, please, please, PLEASE update soon.
