I like it a lot...& I hope Spike does make an appearance. I really liked the throwaway comment that Spike may be getting sick of playing second fiddle to Dru, I'd love to see Spuffy having some fun in Stars Hollow...especially if Jess is pursuing Buffy at the same time! I love the idea of a Buffy Jess pairing, and I am so glad that you are updating. I personally love Spuffy, but in this case, I hope that Spike is just a good friend, and he mostly stays out of the way for the story, unless the scoobs or Joyce or Giles show up.
After all, it's not like Buffy's abandoning the hellmouth, Faith will be there soon.

Please continue. As was already said there is only few GG crossovers, especially good ones. And this is good one!!! I can´t wait for next chapter. Don´t kill me but did you by any chance thought about Spike/Rory pairing? I think it could be fun :o)

I think it's great. and the whole Spike-thing has just got me all spinning in my head, because now i don't know who to root for. hoping for a lot of Spike-Buffy-friendliness.. and i love Wes (as he is in angel.. not so much in Buffy, way too uptight).. please update soon..

overall it will be Buffy Jess, but sometimes a slayer needs a vamp to turn to. Yep, Wes is pretty awesome all macho and loose...glad you like it so far.

Great update. As long as it isn't too much Spuffy, you won't squick me out too much. As for Jess, that just means Dean and Rory can stay together (Whoo Hoo).

Interesting premise. I don't usually like long lost relative stories, but your flashback in chapter two made it work. They're not long lost relatives, they just don't see each other much because they are on opposite ends of the country.

And since Rory was never in danger of not finishing high school, it's not surprising that Lorelei wouldn't know the requirements for a GED. Buffy's biggest problem is her age. In Connecticut she has to be at least 17 to take the GED but she would only have to be out of school for 6 months. (See http://www.sde.ct.gov/sde/lib/sde/pdf/DEPS/Adult/ged/GED_info_sheet.pdf)Buffy would have been 16 by the end of S2, so Buffy's right, she wouldn't be able to take the GED until the following year.

I like this, and I've never even see the GG show.

Yes, Buffy & Jess have a lot in common --each is the 'wild child' given up on by their parent, etc.....
....presumably Joyce can't deal ? In the show she had proof vamps were real...and over the summer she regretted kicking Buffy out....but I could see B. deciding (at least) a 'cooling off' period was needed. at some point the slayer-world will reach out and touch buffy again no matter how hard she tries to avoid it.
Still--- living with the Gilmores should be fun. Can't you just picture Buffy getting dragged off to the Gilmore Friday Night Dinner ? Heh.....
