This a great set-up for more story, keep going. There are a lot of possibilities to write about, especially if Harmony had something to do with Cordy getting stuck in the bottle. And you don't need Riley or someone military to find the bottle. It is known that Xander goes to the beach. How does he react to finding Genie Cordy? How does he keep his parents from finding out about her? What happens when she shows up in school again? What does Harmony do? Why is Cordy suddenly so deferential to Xander? How does he explain all the strange things (non-Hellmouthy stuff) that start happening around them?

Go ahead and continue it. Have Ri find her. Bet ten Galleons the first thing she thinks or says is "Hello salty goodness!"

Please do not leave us hanging there. I hope you get inspired to write a sequel.
