In the first 10,000 words or so, the white heat of inspiration tends to keep you writing. So while I like this story, I'll withhold further judgement until I have a better idea as to the direction the plot's going to take, the nature of the main antagonist and the general emotional themes that will take place in the story.

Don't het me wrong, I like it, but it’s early days yet.

It's taken 6 months to get out 4 chapters!!!

But please, reserve your judgement, and you will find out all of those things in due course (I of course, already know ;D)

I've been waiting for a story like this. I am so excited about it and can't wait for the next update, I gladly except all th little changes you make and anything you might do because so far real good. Angel's ratioalization that the new Slayers can take of things really struck true and I loved his wondering of if Bones could see how old his eyes are.

I'll definitely be keeping track of this story.
