I thought this was fantastic- I'd love a sequel actually where everything comes to a head and we have a fluffy happy ending/ reconciliation.lol.
But that's only cos I'm a sucker for pouring on the angst and then having a happy ending.

Looking good. It will need some more backstory than that, but I can already see that it will work out. I like the style you're using for this as well, very interesting. Similiar but different to your other stuff - always recognisable at least by the ending line where my eyes have missed the author name!

I remember reading in the Anita Blake books that and I remember thinking then, "What a cow!" And now you've put Buffy in that spot..
No.. Rafael didn't deserve that.

I like the idea of Rafael and Buffy together, but this story is so sad. I can see Buffy being scared of the supernatural after her time in the mental institution, though. It's too bad they can't have a happy ending, this is so heartbreaking.
