Then you go and add in Dean and Willow, and make them look so perfect and happy… they are not at this point in my story *is sad* But I love how right you made them look together *is happy again (yay you)*

Of course now I have this unhealthy urge to write side stories about how Dean took Willow to some beautiful location (maybe a state park…) and they had a picnic lunch, and then went for a walk across this lovely bridge, and after a while they stumbled on a waterfall, pouring into a small river or a stream. Then, as they sat beneath the waterfall and gazed at the water rushing over the rocks, he told her he loved her for the first time…

I also love the background from the first one; it’s all misty and dark rolling hills behind them, with a cloudy sky and a witching moon above. He’s in full hunter mode, searching for danger, and she seems to be affected by the magic of the night; she almost seems to be glowing and power is swirling around her, as she embraces the dark, and understands that not all things found in the night are evil.

These are perfect, I already have a dozen different possibilities playing out in my head… screw my old muse; I’m using you from now on!

How on earth did you manage to get three of my favorite boys in the whole wide world looking so damn bad-ass and holding firearms? (I think the Xander’s a manip I’ve seen before, but babe, he looks fantastic!)

In the second one, maybe Spike’s just been shot or something, and Dean’s pissed because that’s the guy whose back he’s supposed to have, and a little worried… but he knows that it wont kill Spike, so he’s mostly pissed.

I like the idea that the third one is maybe one of their first hunts together; Spike’s just “changed” and while Dean’s pointing the gun at the bad guy, he’s not entirely certain that the thing he’s got his back to isn’t the bigger threat….

Oh hell, another plot bunny was just born, what are you doing to me girl? You’re like inspirational crack! It’s not always focused, and I’m not entirely sure where it’ll lead, but I’m fairly certain it’s going to be a hell of a ride :-D

My internet was down all last week. I just got it back on yesterday. To keep the internet withdraws away, I made pictures. Lots of pictures. I had to stop making yours b/c I had too much fun. So I made the Dukes crossover ones that I've procrastinated doing for a month, as well as doing about four for my brother with him and the Dukes and him and the General. Then of course I HAD to make a couple with me with the boys & him and his Dukes.....Does it make me pathetic that the main reason I bought the damn photoshop software in the first place was to make pictures like that in the first place?

I'll make more for you when you have more for me to read! Like the crack you made as a metaphor, the first taste is free, now you have to pay!

And I can't BELIEVE you sold me out!! ? Your muse came over and now my muse is pissed at me and won't help me with 'Tale Of Two Spirits'! Muses! You can't write without them, but their egos are hard to live with!!!! ?I have to bake some cookies or something to get back in good graces with mine. Now you need to make up with yours too, so we both will have something to read!!!! :)


I used the same Xander with a gun pic in the Xander Winchester art. I mainly used it in this one because it doesn't show both his eyes in the picture, and I didn't want to mess up the picture by attempting to put on an eye patch on another picture. I found the picture of Spike holding the gun in ScreenCap Paradise when I was looking for Xander with a weapon, or Xander wounded a while ago.

Yeah, my photo software doesn't seem to have some of the other cool features like some of the others seems to (unless I just haven't found them yet), but at least I can add cool backgrounds to them. I was worried that when my internet was down, I wouldn't find as many cool backgrounds. But I had plenty of choices to pick from the four disks of stuff that the software came with. It's just that I was just soo used to having it as an option.

Nice collections of pics. I love your images, but they tend to be a bit choppy and such.

A few tips - try the smudge or blur tool around the edges of the people you cut out. It'll soften them, helping them blend. This is especially important around hair. Alternatively, if you're using the lassoo tool to cut them out, set the feathering to one or two pixels. This'll soften it too. Alternatively, simply use a soft brush and erase the excess space (although that takes loads of time).

You also want to look at proportions, since a lot of the pics end up squashed. Most versions of Photoshop have a button you can press to ensure that resizing is all done in proportion.

Apart from that, have fun. Hope I've helped. I do like your pics.

My software is Broderbund printshop, and if I have a smudge or blur tool, I haven't found it yet :)
As well as the proportional button, which would be cool to have so I won't have to wonder if one person is too big to be next to the other!
Shadwslayer gave me a link to an adobe photoshop, but with I haven't worked out how to do them on it. So until I can work it out, I'm sticking with what I know. Though, I am trying to do better. I came a LONG way from when I first started! :)

Supernatural meets… The Dukes of Hazard?

OK, blaming Kayla Shay works for me… and your brother, I’ve never met the lad but if he inspired these images... then surely he was sent by the devil :-)

9.) Um, I really don’t have any knowledge of The Dukes of Hazard so I’m just winging it here babe. Alrighty-roo, I guess I like the first one best because it seems the most probable within the confines of physics… then again cars hovering mysteriously over mountains has always had a strange allure to me… :-) I also kind of prefer the sultry Dean of the first image… he does things to me *stares off into distance*

10.) Holy crap! That woman’s breasts are larger than Dean and Sammy’s heads!

This does NOT look like a wholesome environment, why are our boys there? And is that pig sneezing or is there a mini atom bomb going off in its snout?

Kidding aside, the pics are well manipulated, the first one especially, everything is well proportioned… except for that woman’s boobs, seriously, those can’t be real. Of course I like the second one too because any chance to stare at the Impala makes me happy; and the boys seem more relaxed. The first one makes me think they’re on a job, while the second one has me thinking… R&R/Dean looking to get (an STD) I mean lucky.

11.) First off, that picture of Dean always makes me go gusdgfsohsfhsh *drools*

Although I do wonder what is so interesting that Dean could be staring at instead of Daisy Duke Barbie… *ponders* hmm, he’s looking stern and sexy, so… a drunk Sammy? (I’m discounting the sexy part for the moment because really, when is he not?)

As for the second picture… it’s completely natural for me to want to scratch that chick’s eyes out while screaming “he’s mine you don’t deserve him you bitch!”… right? *Sigh* again very nicely manipulated… damn you… they look very good…. Now, why is that hussy touching the Impala?!!!?!

12.) I’ll give you two guesses who I hope that flaming arrow is pointed at… (what, I can be a little bitchy, you should know this about me by now :-)

I love how much fun it looks like the boys are having! Dean’s got this grin on his face like “Flaming Arrows!?!!?! Can such a wonder exist?” And Sam’s all “Yup Dean, our prayers for flaming fatality have finally been answered!”

The other two kinda look drunk, but I think that might just be their natural expressions :-)

9) I haven't seen the show for awhile, but The Dukes Of Hazzard is pretty much about cousins who live with their Uncle in a hick town in Hazzard County, Georgia. They were constantly in trouble with the inept local law who couldn't seem to catch a cold for long if the Dukes didn't help every once in a while. Oh, and this show is responsible for the short shorts, the 'Daisy Dukes'.
The movie was a LOT different than the show. They made the Duke boys more goofier, but they did make the law more competent (but still no match for the heroes, the Dukes).
I didn't really mean for the hovering car! I guess I moved the background a little without meaning to. It was supposed to look like they were a little higher on a hill. Oh, well.
Though on the show, the Duke boys WERE into jumping the General over things a lot. The General was sort of like their version of the Metallicar. :)

I keep trying to get my brother to watch Supernatural by saying that it's sort of like 'DOH', only they fight evil.....only without Daisy (I suddenly realize why he just ignores me..maybe I should say that there is SOMETIMES a Daisy, only she's sometimes evil...maybe then he'll watch...or maybe I'll tie him up and make him watch!!!)



10) I don't remember hearing if Jessica Simpson got her boobs done or not. It has a lot to do with the bra she's wearing probably. They sure seem to want to pop out, don't they! I mainly liked the pic because I liked the jeans. I didn't have very many pictures to work with, and the other two had the trademark 'Daisy Dukes' that the original Daisey made famous.


11) Maybe he hasn't noticed her yet (or pretending not to). There COULD be a bar fight about to happen (one always seem to start, either b/c someone's being too friendly with Daisy, or someone starts something with the Duke boys).


LOL, it's bad enough she's trying to take out man, but touching the car seems to really tick you off!! :)


12) You really dont like Daisy! lol Nope, they aren't aiming at Daisy. It would be VERY awkward for them to explain to their Uncle Jessie why they killed their cousin!! That and who would get their butt out of jail!!! She was always using her female whiles to get the Deputy to either release her cousins, or to trick him while others release them.

6.) It’s cool that you found them all sitting like that, and I like that the people in the foreground are slightly bigger than the boys in the back. Poor boys, they kind of look like someone’s chattering at them just off camera, Will finds it hilarious, and Xander’s mistrusting. Sam really looks like he’s miming shooting himself in the head to make the noise stop. Dean seems to be contemplating killing whoever’s talking, wondering if the cute red-head’s dating that dude, or possibly thinking about dinner… it’s hard to tell with him :-) (Also, in my head, the annoying one is Andrew, cause that just makes it so much funnier!)

7.) Willow’s a little brighter, than the boys, but it’s not a big issue.

8.) Boy-howdy, Faith looks like she’s about to eat the boys for breakfast! I’m not so sure they’d mind, but damn, nice way to work her in there.

In a completely unrelated subject, I covet her top! I know it’s stupid and girly of me, but it’s so pretty… alright, it’s a little slutty, but still… preeettttyyyy *covets*

6) I totally agree! Andrew would soo make Dean wants to kill him, just to make him shut the hell up!!!! :) since you mentioned it, I can totally picture Andrew with a camera , thinking the whole killing bad things in the woods is some sort of cool family camping trip, bugging everyone to smile. Dean could be telling Xander to do something about that 'annoying geek' before he wrings the blond's neck!
And Xander, though also annoyed with Andrew, is amused at how he's getting under Dean's skin, and is curious how much Dean can take before he snaps and violence ensues. Willow totally is having a blast and is probably in the middle of a bet with Xander about how long before Dean snaps! :)
Sam, the ever patient one is having a migraine the size of Toledo (never been there, but I figure it's pretty big if it's used in cliche's) trying not to explode in violence himself!


7) I have no exuse as to why she's brighter since unlike the Alice pic, it was accidental. Oh well. :)

8) I don't think they'd mind at all!!!!! I know, it IS a pretty top!! :) It was the main reason I picked this pic of her. That and I liked that it had Faith's tattoo. I think it's fake, cause I couldn't find many with it (and I don't remember seeing it in 'True Calling').

4.) Not a pairing/crossover I would ever have thought of, so good on you for coming up with something different :-) She’s a little too bright, but I’m willing to forgive that because the boys seem so very impressed with her huge-ass gun (I thing Dean’s jealous ;-)

5.) She’s wet, he’s sweaty, and there’s fire… really what more could a girl ask for?

I like how it looks like the fire’s spreading quickly behind them, but their escape route has been cut off by some evil things, plural because they’re watching each other’s backs so efficiently. They look very natural together, and like they’re about to kick some evil ass! One question, why couldn’t HE be the wet one?

4) It would be soo cool to see it! They could meet while fighting the zombies! I have her in a different light than the boys, which is why the lighting is different.


5) I thought we settled this when John was wet! Dean is just too hot to stay wet!!!!!!

The Alec Winchester images:

1.) I’m intrigued, and more than a little turned-on, by the double mint twins (of course by turned-on I mean in a strictly mental, academic way ;-)

Alec looks like he just got told he’s part of the Winchester clan, and doesn’t quite believe it, not that I can blame him.

2.) Not the Impala! NOOOOOO!!!!!! *Starts hyperventilating* It’s OK, it’s OK, sure Alec looks freaked but Dean just looks slightly pissed. New situation, they were driving a car OTHER than the Impala, and it blew-up. That would explain why Dean’s cranky, not because the car blew-up, but because he couldn’t drive his baby, and why Alec’s freaked. *Slows breathing* It’s alright, the Impala’s fine, she’s back at Bobby’s with some engine trouble, and Dean had to take a mini-van… damn, he blew-up the car didn’t he?

3.) The Dean-lover in me likes the first one, because he’s got TWO guns and he’s all in your face. But the pyro/stickler for continuity-type person in me likes the second one, because they’re looking at the same bad thing… and there’s fire :-D

1) Strictly mental huh? Yeah, sure *wink wink*. And I've never, ever thought about what it would be like to be inside an Alec/Dean (or Dean/Sam) sandwhich! :)


2) Ok, it's not the Impala! I like the Impala too much to hurt her. :) We can pretend that the explosion that Alec caused was just too close to the Impala, and that Dean was yelling that if any part of his baby is singed even a LITTLE, Alec would die!

Nice pics, and I like the Alec Winchester verse, so it's nice to see some fanart. I've noticed that the edges around your characters are rather 'hard'. Are you using the crop tool? or are you using the eraser, going along the edges of the character? I've found that it helps blending the different pictures together, when you use the eraser tool, with maybe a 2-5 pixel width, and with a blurry outline, instead of a sharp one. That is, if you are using photoshop to do these images.

It would be easier to use an eraser tool, but my software doesn't have it :(. I have to freehand crop, which is pretty tedious sometimes, and doesn't always look as good on certain pics.
Anyway, I'm glad you liked the pics despite the 'hardness' :)
