wow this is awesome. what a twist. It makes sense that that would be something that would cause him a moment of true happiness. Poor Buffy once again being alive has caused someone she loves to basically die. only this time he has changed to the stuff of nightmares.

I am a little confused though, is Buffy Snape's daughter or is she really his niece?

Your note indicated you aren't working with a Beta. You might want to try reading the chapters out loud. Some of the words are what they need to be be.

For example - when the boys are peeking into the library - in the story they are pecking.

Great start to a story! I do have a question, is Snape Buffy's real biological father or is he just saying he is her father now since her parents are dead? I'm not sure I understood all that. Anyhow, I can't wait to read more :)
