I cracked up laughing as soon as I read the section where Malfoy is griping about wanting to get Harry's attention. Classic brattiness, and Snape is just amused. I love your characterization of the Potion's Master, by the way. I think it would be fun to have him meet Spike, see who could be the most sarcastic. It would be a close call as to who would win *grins*.
I really want to see how the relationship between Harry and Xander pans out. Will it be romantic, or have you already reserved that for Draco? How's about a threesome? Yes, I have a dirty mind. But come on, the image of those three pretties together... Love this story so far, really hope to see more soon. Pretty please with sugar and candy and chocolate-covered Spikes on top?

Interesting, could Xander now be a androsphynx kitten? Although the light is a strange phenomena, maybe some form of wandless spellcasting? I'm not that familiar with androsphynxes to tell you the truth. Good story, however wouldn't Harry hex Draco until he was blue instead of applying fisticuffs to the situation?
