The last line took me the longest. I was doing internet searches for movie quotes from vampire movies and couldn't find anything that was 'Tony' and then I went, "Duh!" and did the Buffy line.

I was almost afraid to read because I was afraid of spoilers. It said pre-series for both but then mentioned Ziva and I was "Oh Noes! I don't know who that is!" :) But since I finished season 2 of NCIS yesterday I figured I couldn't be afraid of being spoiled about where Kate went.

Nice fic...although I really expected the retired cop bar owner tell Tony about vampires. Not sure why though. :)

I almost had the retired cop bar owner guy get a little more involved in things and then I decided that if I was ever going to finish writing it that I better not.

Just think, you're getting closer to not being spoiled by things. If you can catch up by the first part of April to the current season, you can watch them as they air. :-)

I loved it! I'm so glad you decided to have both brothers save Tony; and adding Gibbs was inspired. It's great that he and John were buddies, they're so much alike it just fits perfectly. Also loved Gibbs immediate concern when Tony announced that he'd been bitten by a vampire, and the first question for the boys after he heard about their dad was "did he get the bastard".

Wonderful characterization of everyone, all their lines were exactly what they would have said in "real life"

I've got ideas for some Gibbs and John moments in the past. Just have to get them out of my head.

I was scouring google for vampire movie quotes and kept coming up dry. Then I was like, I could pull a good Buffy quote out... then I was like... why do I need a quote when he could just asked not to be called Buffy.

Yeah, I set up my John/Gibbs connection. Thinking of a way to work transportation into the past story with them and John helping Gibbs out.
