Wow, thank you so much for updating! I love the idea of Willow getting to run around the wizarding world with a template. I can't wait to see more of her interactions with other staff and students, especially the Slytherins. Her conversations with Umbridge and Severus were great!

I loved the insight into Snape's thoughts in this chapter, especially the first line! You've really got Snape's dry humor and humongous chip on his shoulder (I say that lovingly) exactly right! I also love the political and personal intrigue going on in this story. Snape and Dumbledore are using Willow to draw in the Dark Lord, Willow's using them to force the wizard community out of isolation (and only you know what else :-), then there's all the cannon drama with Umbridge and the ministry...everything is so brilliantly crafted and thought out, you've got my head spinning (in a good way)!

On a less dramatic note: I love the Template! It's actually bitchy and sarcastic when Willow asks it to be :-) Also that's a great way of enticing the wizards out of their holes and into the real world. And Snape's reaction was priceless!

I don't know why but this little bit almost made me snort soda out my nose...so "ow" but funny :-)

"Either the young woman was the best actress he had ever seen, or she truly did want to make peace.

How novel.

"I do not do…" Merlin, it took physical effort to force the words out of his mouth, "Touchy feely well."

I think it was the "How novel." that did me in, although the image of Snape attempting to force out the phrase "Touchy feely" didn't help :-)

The last section with Dumbledore and Snape answered some questions, raised others, and generally made me want to snuggle Snape and ask Dumbledore to be my grandpa...neither of those reactions are particularly out of character for me though :-)

Just noticed this story with your latest post - I can't believe I missed it since I love the pairing and this is a wonderful fic!

You really nailed Willow's character. I liked the way you added small details into her dialogue and her descriptions as an outsider to the wizarding world to make scenes that many crossover writers use (first time seeing hogwarts/wizard/wizard in mugglish clothes etc) fresh and exciting. The Willow.Arthur interaction made me laugh so hard.

I love all the little hidden undercurrents in the story. And, again, at risk of repeating myself, I love your characterizations.

Enjoyed the meeting between Willow and Snape.

I actually squee'd when the notification of a new chapter came in. I wasn't disappointed. Terrific Snape-perspective piece, where he both notices Willow's faults and yet comes off impressed despite the fact that any other similar personality would have sent him into right into icy hatred.

One wonders how he would react when seeing Willow in full flower in the heat of battle. Or think the Council is magically limited when he hears about some of the spells they've pulled off over the years. Willow is less the trap than the hidden thermonuclear mine.

Oh, and the "and mojitos" line? Priceless.

One final addendum: I'm technically a he. :D

On the other hand, I'm so glad you liked this chapter! I'm having a lot of fun letting the characters on both sides feel each other out, so its great to hear that you guys are enjoying reading my take on them.

Nice. Something I missed though, what exactly is Dumbledore reffering to. I got what Snape was thinking, but not what Dumbledore is.

Ive just started to reread this and had to stop so I could tell you that if I hadnt have liked this fic so far(but I do) those few sentences would have been worth it. :)

Wow. The Template sounds awesome. (I wish I had such a marvelous thing!) Snape's take on Willow is interesting, as is watching them bounce off each other. Can't wait to see what's next!
