Nicely packs a visual punch & shows their relationship. Very well done. It seems to imply that Tony never really got better but I may be reading too much into it.

Haha. In my mind, Tony never did. I still think he should have gotten sick after pulling Gibbs and Maddie from the water. I mean, diving under and giving two people CPR on damaged lungs? Why do I not see that being easy on someone who survived the plague?
