Interesting. I like that you're leading the plot forward without giving too much away although I find Catherine a tad adamant in their dislike of her.

Neat story so far.. Hope you get to giving background on how this is all got set up. Not in major detail, but atleast a little something. Also, what's up with the dislike of Catherine? Hope that'll be explained too.. Surely it's not something as simple as disliking strippers. Be kinda odd for a girl power group like the Scoobies to dislike someone just for that...

Chatrines stripping days? That hardly seems a good enough reason for their childish and unprofessional behavior. There had better be some damn good, and I mean damn good explanation, otherwise I'm afraid I won't read anymore. Which is sad because I really like bthe whole SLAIN consept, but Dawn and Buffy are just acting to immature...

OK why do Buffy and Dawn act so...childish...it is really immature of them to act like that when they should be professional...

I'm enjoying this story quite a bit. It has gotten less confusing since the first chapter. I like all the interaction between the BtVS and the CSI characters, all very true to the shows.

BTW, headquarters is one word, not two.

This looks like an interesting story, but I'm pretty confused at this point. It seems like too many characters to introduce in such a short time. Hopefully things will be made clearer as I read the next two chapters.

One random point of critique: product brand names. The Nissan Navara is not called that in the US, and I had no idea what kind of vehicle it was (much less that it was a Nissan) when Buffy and the others "exited the black Navara". I know that it doesn't make sense for writers to research what a (to them) familiar product might be called in other countries where people might be reading their story. One way to deal with such issues would be to sort of point out what the product being talked about is. E.g., "exited the black Navara, the other women closing the doors of the extended cab pickup truck close behind." Just as an FYI, in the US it is called a Frontier.

Great update. Buffy likes Sara, Buffy likes Sara. I love how you are playing Catherine wanting to know the whole story, but only letting the Summers sisters give only so much. I can't wait for the next update to learn more.

This has an interesting concept but I'm having a hard time reading it because of the behaviour of Buffy and Dawn. Both are behaving like children and not like the professionals they are supposed to be.

Is there a reason why Dawn is so rude to both her sister and Catherine? She's behaving like a spoilt child and her treatment of Buffy is just not right, especially in front of strangers whom they are supposed to be working with. I have never been fond of Dawn's character but here she's downright unpleasant.

I also find it hard to believe that Grissom would just docilely go with Dawn, leaving Buffy with Catherine in his office, especially given the antagonism being shown by the sister's towards Catherine.

I'm most curious to read the reasons behind all this. Hopefully explanations will be found in the next chapters.

Of course it's hard to believe Grissom just went with Dawn, no one believes that he'd go without a some resistance if he didn't have a reason to leave the office in the first place.

It's an interesting start and I'm hoping you are planning on explaining why the Slayers are all so upset with Catherine. Looking forward to reading more. Dorothy
