This brings up the question of how wiccan witches fit into the HP world... is Hermione even aware of them? ie Tara (always good with the aura-reading) can sense her power, but apparently H. can't do the reverse.... then again she is dependent on her wand for that sort of thing. Does the Ministry know? What is its policy? Could Tara or Willow learn to use a wand?
At a guess H. at least is not aware Sunnydale is on a Hellmouth. Hey--Dawn has a 'magical core' of green energy--I bet she could learn to use a wand....

Nah, if I do continue, I'm keeping out the Ministry and secret-world craziness. Hermione knows there's other witches/wicca out there, she's extremely well-read. For Tara & Willow, it'd be a neat meeting of another practicing witch, and we'd go from there.
