I really like the idea for the story and it's coming along really nicely. Are you planing on taking Cordelia to Seattle, bring Alec and Max into the story, something like that?

Thanks! Planning on Cordy and Faith going to Seattle...I have a couple details I'm trying to figure out for that though. And Alec will definitely be in this, Max probably will be too.

I totally plan on updating this; but sadly, my computer recently crashed and I lost all of my notes... So, I'm trying to remember where I was going with this and all of my other stories. Hopefully it won't be too long before I can get a new chapter of this out.

Yup, yup, future Alec/Cordy! You're so right about Buffy being jealous! I was actually planning to pretty much ignore the Scoobies once the DA people came in but now I'm gonna have to have them go to Sunnydale at least once just for the Jealous Buffy scene! Especially since I plan on giving Faith a hottie as well, so Buffy'll be twice as jealous!

liked teh chapter, and the part about both of them being on the outside of the scoobie gang, not having been granted full membership.

Faith getting a better place to stay and Cordy putting much faith in her to keep her secret and not tell the others. Looking forward to see what changes this will make to Faith.

I'm glad to see Cordy and Faith bonding. A couple minor things did bother me about this chapter though. First, I thought Cordy gave up the info a little too quickly, even though I can see her eventually doing so. Second, if someone told me they suffered from "Heat cycles", I wouldn't assume they meant a cat-like estrus cycle, I'd thing something more along the lines of hot flashes, or something actually having to do with heat or warmth. I kept expecting Faith to ask what Cordy meant.

I'm glad you liked the Cordy/Faith bonding. As for Cordy giving up the info too easily, one thing to remember is that she's been hiding this and keeping it to herself for nearly a year and that had to have been wearing on her. And with the Heat Cycles, that will come up again later, again something to remember is that they were both kinda tired and a bit drained from the seizure and the confession session. So, Faith just didn't quite register it and pretty much did just what you said, assumed it was more along the lines of hot flashes. But don't worry, that will be cleared up later.

It's like you know my head. Cordy and Faith bonding is my favorite thing ever. Especially where they bond with Fred (Will rec the story :-D). They my favorietist female characters on BtVS it's great that they have the potential to kick ass together. Ooo PLEASE do a scene with that!

Yeah, I totally love Faith and really didn't want to make her evil. I think that if she had had a friend things would have gone so much differently. And don't worry, they'll be kicking a lot of ass together! :-D And, Yay! Another Rec! *does a happy dance*

this works out well--Faith needs a friend, badly, at this point, and a shared secret helps---I'm sure the last thing she wanted to do was go back to that crappy hotel room....
Still, unless somebody from Manticore spots the faded tattoo on Cordelia, not much interaction will occur, I would think...Cordelia doesn't look like any of the X-5 models, luckily for her..

I'm glad you like it. I so agree about Faith needing a friend, I always kinda hated that they never really included her.

As for the interaction...Don't worry that'll be changing here in a few chapters. I don't wanna give anything away though, so you'll just have to wait! LOL, sorry.

Thanks for the nice update. I really liked the Cordy/Faith bonding. But if Cordy knows about the s***ty hooker motel Faith is staying in, why doesn't she ask Faith to move in with her? I mean, in the show Cordy's parental units were always out of town on some 'business' trip so who would care? Now go write more. Watch your DVDs later. Lol!

I'm glad you liked the Cordy/Faith bonding. And don't worry about Faith staying in the shitty hooker motel for long. You know that with Faith's independent streak there's no way she'd just accept Cordy asking her to move in with her, she's too stubborn for that. But she won't be there much longer, only one or two more chapters depending on if I can get a chapter for 'The Wish' to work out right, otherwise I'll be skipping up to 'Bad Girls.'

As for watching my DVDs...But, but...JOHN SHEPPARD!!!! lol Besides, I have an idea for another Cordy-centric fic that I want to do but its an SGA crossover and I've only seen the episodes that have aired over the last month or so, so I really don't know SGA well enough to write it yet. And again...JOHN SHEPPARD!!!!! Yummy! *Grins*

I say, make her become a full Transgenic again permanantly, but only accidently.

After all, since she gets the estrus cycles and the wierd nutritional requirements, she might as well the good parts as well.

Just please keep the Slayerettes guessing until at least Season 4.

She does get the good parts as well, just not as strong as Max or Zack or Jondy or any of the others. Though, I'm not sure if I'll make her full Transgenic again or leave her as is. I guess it'll all depend on how everything ends up playing out.

As for the Scoobies, they won't know anything until at least half way through season 3, possibly later. I have to check and see when a certain episode took place in the season.

Happy birthday and thank you for giving us a present. I like your story, as I have written before. But I would love to see you change the Standard Buffy Storyline. I would love to see Cordy do something crazy and superhero-y. Maybe she and Faith might bond. I don't think I've ever read a story where Cordy and Faith really become friendly. And I so don't want to see Cordy make the same old Wish when you get to that period of time. She is different from the canon Cordy and I just don't see her with the same insecurities. Maybe Harmony could make the Wish. I'm sure she would come up with a cracker jack of an idea for a Wish. NOT! Lol! Please keep up the good work.

Don't worry, Buffy canon is totally gonna veer off course starting next chapter...Funny how you should mention Cordy and Faith bonding! *smirks* You're right though, I haven't seen many stories where they get close or bcome all that friendly, mostly they just tolerate each other. That definitely won't be the case for this story though, mostly because I'm a huge Faith fan and I think that Cordy needs a good friend who doesn't put Buffy before Cordy. I actually have one other story in the works (still in the planning stages) where Cordy and Faith will be good friends. If you want me to, I'll let you know when I start posting that one.

As for the Wish...*looks sheepish* I hadn't even thought of that. You do raise a good point though, no way would she be wishing that Buffy hadn't come to Sunnydale. Now having Harmony make the wish...*snorts* I don't even wanna imagine the fall out from -that-! LMMFAO!
