LMAO at the epilogue!!! So totally Scooby in its practice!!! you can tell Willow grew up with Xander. ;-)

And I also liked how you showed the Death Eaters aren't all completely one-dimensional. Morality is a wide spectrum of grey, with very few things simply black or white, and you portrayed this very well.

Thanks! I like the Harry Potter stories, I like children's books in general, but they do tend to make the bad guys just plain evil and humans don't really come in simple variations like that. Maybe the need to develop those extra dimensions is what makes fanfic so addictive. Anyway, thanks for the review.

You made the death eaters totally sympathetic.

Brilliantly written and very clever.

To quite Giles:

"Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after."

But now they're not. ...

The problem with wars is that generally both sides think they're in the right and the other side is the one that's doing horrible things. Our side has freedom fighters while their side has terrorists.
