It looks a little better but it's still missing that really white highlight. All eyes have them even when they're pitch black. I found a screenshot for you of Dean with his black demon eyes. Suggestion for the future is find references. It's good to know that you're trying to improve and making fanart is a good way to improve.

The one thing their eyes are missing is that bit of shine to give them a lifelike look to them. Right now it looks like you just coloured over their eyes with black.

Your pics are good.
For the demon eyes, you might want to smooth out the edges with a blurring tool and - more importantly - try using the dodge/lightening tool to provide a few spots where the light pics up on their eyes. Try to use where it does on the original pics if you can. Best suggestion I can give is to look at SPN screencaps to look at the black eyes of their demons.
Otherwise - wonderful. I love the last few.
