It started out exceptionally similar to another Fairy!Spike story I've read... Although the blood/sex scene towards the end of this bit was very nice.

Maybe that's the silence?

Oooh, I really like this! Normally Abused!Xander fics make me run far and fast in the other direction (fandom cliches give me hives ;D) but I'm digging this story.

Woot, glad to hear it's not cliched. I know what you mean about abused!xan being written a lot. It wasn't even going to be the focus but as we wrote it, it took on an important role in shaping Xander and also child!fairy spike. I'm really clad you're enjoying it :)
