Loved this story and really hope you follow up with some of Xander's growing up years, i mean I can just see him getting kidnapped by Maybourne, a meet being set up at the zoo, and hyena chow harry and new pets for Xander?

two weeks paid vacation without my kid. A supply of food such as tacos, pizza, Philly Steak and Cheese, Pepsi One (this is a MUST). And a supply of horror movies (no slashers or human vs human horrors)

But since I know I can't get that, I will tell you I am already working on the next fic which is set more or less the day later. And then after that I might put the fic out to anyone who wants to write about what a terror Xander will be.

Seriously, though...this was a hoot. I'd love to see little glimpses into the life of Xander and Daddy!Jack. There's so much potential.
-Instead of running with a pack of slayers, he's leading a pack of Feretti daughters. *grins*
-Class trip to the zoo requires a rescue from Jack 'cause all the hyenas escape and are following the little boy around like a pack of puppies.
-Trying to slay Thor.
-Homemade bombs from the chemistry set Aunt Sam bought him for Christmas
-Jack & Lou Feretti being called to the Elementary School 'cause Xander and the girls got into serious trouble.
-Bra'Tac being the only babysitter he'll listen to.
The possibilities are endless... *grins* Please continue this arc...even if it's only a series of short ficlets.

I am working on a sequal which is set more or less the day after but it won't be done for a bit (sometime between Thanksgiving and X-mas) And then after that I'll probably set the series up so that anyone would write about Jack's misadventure in raising Xander.

I'm glad one of my email list sibs recommended your story. I've really enjoyed it. The way you made Janus realistic and had both Jack and Xander as his Avatars, I can so see that. And the Powers That Be being vengeful to Xander for being who he is, plus the Ascended do tend to be "I know so much better" in attitude - which may be correct in many ways but not with the emotional side of things. And hey, love how you had poor Daniel speechless. So if Jack is the Avatar for Janus and Daniel for Hermes, would that make Carter one for Athene as she was Wisdom as well as a war goddess? Would T'ealc have one at all since he wasn't born on earth or would that not bother the gods and he would have a War God as his 'patron' so to speak? You wrote a good story and I loved how you had the characters interact with each other, like the joking between Jack and Ferretti or General Hammond's comments on the speaker. Is there any possibility at all of more to this story or a sequel perhaps? Thanks for sharing such a good one.

PLEASE The shear chaos of wee!Xander "accidentally" tying up his babysitter/kindergarten teacher/preschool principal (cause of course she's evil) and then braking into the SGC (to find his dad and tell him about the evil lady) would be a hoot.

Plus having Xander run rings around the marines and the joy he will find with the gun nuts and in the gym with Teal'c would be fun.

Danny and him can compare dangerous women and Sam and him could have a blast talking about blowing up stuff.

Plus deserves a son just like him, who would think of hockey as boring but would love the simpsons

I am working on a sequal but it will be set only a day or 2 aftre Xander's arrival. Aftre that I might release this idea into the world and allow others to play with it but I'm nto sure yet

Oh this was good!!!!!. I really hope you continue this story, maybe where he meets Thor and takes the command chair for a spin, and cant forget Anise and what he could and would do to her.

I do agree with an earlier review that the praising of Xander was a bit overblown, but not too bad. I do hope you continue with another story in this 'verse as it has so much potential.

This had to be one of the most unique premises and executions I have ever seen - if a bit over the top with singing Xan's praises (but since I love Xan too, I can soo forgive that *g*). I hope to see much more from you and I am going right now to see what else you have written.
