Wow. This story is great. Detailed and a little confusing for me to try to remember what 'verse everyone is originally from, but great. It puts my mind to good use and at least I've seen a bit from ever series you touched. Poor Faith though. 10 more kids? Yikes. At least she has Slayer healing. Who exactly is Cassie's soulmate by the way? And is Joyce back for Dawn or is she someone's soulmate like Giles? Well, I'm off to read your sequel.

I'm only a quarter of the way through, but I want to tell you that this is a "freakin' awesome story" (My words just now, and my roommates just looked at me funny...) I love the Growing Family!Xander, and the Great Advice!Xander genres, so this is pretty much a top-notch Xander in my eyes. The only thing you could add to make me like it more is slashy goodness and hey! That should be getting here any time now...so props to you.

Thanks! I'm glad you like it. Those happen to be my favorite genres, too. As for the slash, I lost my porn fairy in the middle of this story so there are no great sex scenes. And Oz was a very stubborn werewolf. He just would not come in where I wanted him to.

That was the most satisfying read I've had in a long while. And it's plenty-multi chaptered which is most of the time of the good. This story became a favourite when Carlos told Xander his life was a Sci-Fi show. It was like the second half of the story began then. You knew enough to move on. And Faith, and Oz, and everyone. I laughed my ass off so many times.

It was such an info dump of such weird stuff that that comment seemed all too appropriate. And I needed something to jump start the story right there because it kept dying. I finished the Source/Cole arc and needed something else to go so I went, hmm, Angel season 5 needed fixing. Lots of fixing.

I'm glad you liked Faith and Oz. I got some comments on the pairing and thought maybe it was how I wrote the characters.

Anyway I love this work, although at the moment I am a bit pissed off about the cliffhanger, I mean could you be any meaner?
Before I leave in a huff of resentment I should ask when are you planning to put a sequel and what title will you mark it with.

Don't pair Spike with Angel, i have no problems with Slash but I really don't like Angel and I do love Spike. You should pair Angel with someone that could grab that Broody spirit and squish it. Someone fierce, hey how bout you put Doctor Who in the mix and bring Martha Jones in the equation. Or some other not Spike persona, because Buffy is really angry at him and she has that thing when she shows more of her heart when she seriously pissed off, than when everything is nice and stable.

I've never put Spike and Angel into a relationship other than familial. I have issues with pairing someone that's supposedly able to live forever with someone that won't, so I'm unclear as to who I'm going to pair Spike or Angel with. Thanks for the Martha Jones suggestion but I've never watched Doctor Who. I'm deprived, I know. I'll be honest, I'm not really into Spuffy. It's been done and done well, I just don't really key into it myself. So This series won't have any real Spike-n-Buffy relationship beyond friendship and a bit of longing. On the bright side, there won't be any Angel-n-Buffy, either.

You left out Spike from the linage thing'y... There has to have some kind of William in there.
And I hope you didn't put down Spike in this story like you did Angel and Cole, because that happened often enough in the show as it is.
Anyway how much i like this will be written at the end.

Just because he's not on ~Xander's~ sheet doesn't mean he's not on someone's. And while, yes, I picked on Angel, I don't think I put him down. I mean, it was a really well known fact that Xander didn't think much of brooders and there's Cole, who's actually worse than Angel. And Spike gets a little leeway because he'd rather punch something than brood, always entertaining.

This was soooo incredibly awesome! I loved it! Couldn't stop after I'd started it!

There's a sequel coming. The tattoos were sort of an accident that took on a life of their own. And I seem to be incapable of writing a story were there aren't kids.

I can understand what you meant about the whole Gideon debacle and I can agree on certain levels with the whole not liking Leo's downward spiral. I mean what is with the show creators and essentially pairing the sisters with powerful beings only to take away the guys powers some time in the middle.

In truth with the way events have worked out I can sort of see a war of sorts start in the managerial levels on the light side between those that argue for free will and those that insist a balance must be maintained. Though where a person would draw the line I am unsure about.

Even with Prue there I am sure that Gideon would feel that a twice blessed child would be too much of a risk and might even be more frantic in his efforts considering how far things are tipped in the favor of the good's side of the scale. BUT the easiest way for you to avoid that saga is to actually let Xander meet Gideon though I can see Xander's accusations might be enough to spark that whole above mentioned war.

I loved dark future!Chris as a character and would love to see him show up in some way, maybe using that whole soul mate meeting deal for soul mates that have yet to be born? (I am partial to Harry Potter/Chris Halliwell pairing in particular but anything is fine)

As for real big bads well... is Anubis and the Replicators and the Ori still problems that can be dealt with? What about the Atlantis expedition? It always surprised me that they did not decide to use mini!Jack for it considering they knew he would have the Ancient gene as well as possess memories of prior experience... any chance Thor still owes Xander a few favors?

A lot of possibilities and those are just touching one or two fandoms, feel free to use or ignore anything here.

Love, love this story. It ended in a good place but I can't help hoping for a sequel. Is Faith really going to have ten kids?!?!? Unless she has multiples each time I can't see her willing to have that many kids unless some of them show up some other way like magic.
