I love the concept of this series.
And the first chapter, wow! So heart-wrenchingly beautiful. Ever since the scene with Fleur after Bill was bitten, I've been a big fan of this ship. And you write Fleur's love for Bill so perfectly!

This is quite good. Presumably the chapters will each be one-shots, or at least intended as such, and this chapter makes a strong start towards that. I like that although it is a one-shot, and it could be quite dramatic to just say "vengeance killing", you've gone beyond that and included some back story and elaborated on that particular aspect as well. It's a good chapter, it feels like a one-shot, but a complete one.
