I don't have much to say about this chapter. I am a bit disappointed with the continuous humanization of Slade, but I just read your response assuring me Slade will be evil, so I'm holding my breath.


As for your "Crow Of Destruction" story, you haven't put it up yet. I can beta it if you want me to, but I'm pretty sure that one crosses over with the Crow movies, and it's been a really long time since I saw one of those.

I can however read to make sure that you keep the ultimate vengeance angel as bloodthirsty as he is supposed to be. In short, BRING IT ON!

I'll put it up in a little bit, until then I can give you a base hit of it. It will include The Crow but not in the basic "paint you face up and wear leather kind" I'm hoping to recreate the image of The Crow and it's repetitive plot story. You know the "I died tragically and came back for revenge" thing, no I am going to make a true spirit of Vengeance. One that feels the pain someone is in and takes that pain on himself, to get revenge on those who hurt that person. He will decide if they are worthy of it.

He will also be sadistic and bloodthirsty. He will be a monster who other monsters fear. Think Hannibal Rising as far as sadistic behavior and sometimes evil must be fought by a different type of evil. I hope to deliver the same ironic humor that made the first movie such a joy to watch.

There doesn't seem to be much of Xander left. Are you planning to run through all the canon scenes with some minor changes in names?

Xander changed because Slade Wilson was everything he ever wanted to be: smooth, strong, smart, and a badass. And as for the scenes? Not really.

Very interesting meshing on a psychological aspect between Xander/Slade.
Xander KNOWS how to respect those that deserve it.
(Wintergreen I liked as well and making an android of him is a rather interesting stroke of honor and respect)

I know the Kate thing was merely testing the waters, but that was rather cold of the NEW Xander/Slade.

LOL! I like you. You got some good ideas, I always thought that Slade was twisted by Trigon, because Slade did not want to destroy the world.
