A very, very interesting story. I don't know the the Sarafan Order at all but to be honest I don't need to as they are pretty self explaining once you set their context in this story. To introduce Paladin Alexander and Iscariot from Hellsing works beautifully and I really hope you can pull off this entire story line as it will be amazing to see where it will end up.

It would be nice if Xander is able to keep the PTB and the Elders from noticing the actions of his new Order and I really have to wonder if this is one of the timelines where demons are a dying race.

For some reason I can see the Iscariot being dissolved for political or legal reasons only to reform under Xander's order well that is if he is able to install a strong enough infrastructure before that time.

Just go to youtube and type in Legacy Of Kain cutscenes and you watch all of them and you'll get the general idea. Particularly Soul Reaver 1 intro.

Neat story so far. I think it might've been better to actually write out the confrontation between Buffy, Willow, and Xander. As well as the time of his change, but still an interesting start.

Nice story. I like the team that Xander is planning to try to pull together. It is sure to bump up against Buffy and the others sooner rather than later. Giles and the Watchers Council will be in for a surprise when they find out just who is backing Xander up.
