Review of chapter "Long Time, No See" from Orion
Review:
This is interesting. Though, I kinda missed the "passing something on" after the first one. I know it didn't have to be a physical item passed person to person, but that was my favorite.
Comments from author:
Thank you. The Zippo seems to be the one everyone likes best- and that was a case of pure inspiration.

These are all great, though I liked The Zippo best.
Comments from author:
Thanks! (The Zippo is my favorite too. When I was writing, it just flowed.)

Review of chapter "Love the One You're With" from periskyye
Review:
That was pretty awesome! It was a lot of fun to follow through the crossovers, though now you've got me thinking about lighters...
Comments from author:
Thanks! (Sorry about the lighter, but it was the first thing that came to mind when I asked myself what Faith would have to throw on the table in a poker game.)

Review of chapter "The Zippo" from (2007%20Donor)Shieldage
Review:
Excellent. This one has a larger number of good scenes than 'Apologies'.

On the note of 'magical beasts' I have to say that anything or anyone with wings in Piers Anthony's Xanth, regardless of how beautiful/handsome he/she/it may be, is classified as a 'flying monster'. Of course the 'flying monsters' in Xanth are organized so claiming the status means you get union benefits, or some such.
Comments from author:
Thank you!

I'm aware of the "flying monsters" convention in Xanth, and none of them seem to take it amiss. (If I remember right, at one point Che or Chex explained to Jenny Elf rather matter of factly that of course they were classed as winged monsters, "monster" had nothing to do with beauty or lack thereof.) But can you really see Buffy being happy with being called a beast, even if that puts her in the company of centaurs, goblins, and merfolk?
