wonderful! i love these faith and methos things

I'm astonished at what a good pairing this is! The way you write them, it becomes immediately apparent that Faith and Methos would've had a good bit in common if they'd ever met, and I adore the way they're so sweet and sexy and considerate and pervy with each other. Plus, this whole thing with demons who sound like some kind of djinn having apparently given their quickening to Faith raises some VERY interesting possibilities. I do hope you'll continue this delightful fic.

I love this series. Well done! You made Faith into a person in the world with her own life independent of Buffy and the Scoobies, and pulled Methos into it to help share her burden. I love when he says he wants to help her so she doesn't have to fight alone. Thank you!

This is very good - I'd love to see it continued. Has Faith been 'infected' with immortality? Since she also did bad things 'because she could' I'd guess that she would have plenty in common with Methos and no reason to be disturbed by his past.

Things in common - yes.

But that's not the same as not getting disturbed by his past. I think she'd get plenty disturbed if she sat down and thought about the details (which she doesn't know). Not just because of the violence, or the 'bad things because he could', but because of the enormous difference in their ages and experience.

Of course, the fact that Faith has considerable right to be disturbed and shocked by his past doesn't mean she can go on a rant about him doing bad. But she can certainly be disturbed - after all, it's one thing to know your guy is 'older than he looks' and another to know that he's got an age measured in at least four digits and he's a historical figure that left the whole world trembling - and I'm sure that would include the demnic parts.
