I loved one line in this piece, Cordelia's summation of what she's been up to. The rest didn't seem terribly in character to me, but not really out of character either. I always get irritated when people spell out Doyle's accent, and I think he probably would have teased her a bit more, and the ending seemed a little bit too contrived. Having said that, I thought it was good for a short fic, and I enjoyed reading it. I'd be interested to see what happens behind the veil if you were interested in writing it.
