I liked 85 percent of your story and plot, and overall enjoyed your storytelling style. I was a bit confused in the wand getting scene, as you mention elements of Spike and Buffy and the Willow wand, but the rest followed by her saying elements of everyone. I think somethign like Dragon's Heart string would have been sufficient. You might want to expand the training sequence a bit, I think Snape would have her chopping and measuring first before making an entire potion, since she theoretically has not expeirence at all.
