This one suffers from serious writers block at the moment. Buffy and Ginny's visit to the Burrow has been almost finished for a long time. If I ever get past that the rest of the story is fairly straightforward (and planned/outlined)

Dawn is one of my favorite characters, a good way to observe the life of a slayer from the outside.

Given the large number of characters appearing in this entire series... there is really only one choice :-). Some of those characters in the prophecy(s) could actually be several different people :-) - except for this one.

I haven't abandoned any of my stories, it's just been slow writing several of them for the last year. This is one of 4 stories I would really like to have finished before the end of the year (2007)

i love this series and am so disappointed that it continues unfinshed, wishing desparately that you would return to it.......very lovely work.....subtext upon subtext with the romanitic possibilities between Ginny and Buffy......really wishing for at least a kiss the next time you return to this fic

I really have enjoyed this story, again and again, and I've waited like the proverbial dog and the bone for more. I know that you don't write on anyones timetable (I'm total kudos with that) but -- will Buffy and Ginny finally reach that point that has kept me snapping at the bone for a while now?
Somewhat more seriously -- I really do enjoy this and all of the stories incorporated in the Red Raider 'Verse. The plot inspires me to read more, or the same over again, the characters are well written (though see below), the interest is constant and the pairing of Ginny and Buffy -- which I am assuming, probably with great latitude, will be happening? -- is not only sweet but so comfortably written it almost mimics life (fan-fic' life).
I have only one small hesitantly stated critique: The dialogue, specifically Buffy's and Ginny's can become labour-some. Abbreviated pretty much everything and slang are a large part of Buffy -- and from this it may be argued that she grew up and actually learned English 101; but I don't think any of us who have followed a pattern of speech really give it up. Ginny is less affected but still leans toward the formal letter writing dialogue sometimes: a certain amount of gratuitous 'perfect English' is totally expected, but she's still the only girl of six who likes to play Quidditch, fight Death Eaters and chase (or is that capture) boys.
I hope you read the rest of this 'cause I'm not done with the complements . . .
The entire build up to the point that you've left off is so . . . uh, together? You include bits of history, aspects of both the Magic world and Slayers that reinforces the plot, adds life to it. And that applies to all of the Crossover 'Verses that you've included.
While I really do hope that you continue to write this series -- and yeah, ok, I really am looking for the Ginny/Buffy kiss -- and I can also understand if you don't.
Especially with Molerat happening. . .

This is very good. I like the Buffy/Ginny arc a lot. They seem like a good couple. Is this the part of the series you are working on now?
