Buffy said she had dreamed of Hermione before Hermione had been called. Does that mean she knows that Hermione is a witch?

I really enjoyed this chapter. I liked how she didn't take much notice that she was able to run all the way home after her first encounter with Adrian. I hope Adrian is not a traditional stuffy watcher. Does he have to have special trainging to deal with a wand-witch?
I liked also how Hermione deduced Adrian was a muggle, and how she knew at the cafe that she was avoiding the truth.
