I love this story. I really like how you keep the characters in character. I especially enjoy ow you threw aspects of the book into the story. Many just use the movies, but I can see snippets of the books in there. I really hope you will finish this story. You mention throughout the entire story plans for completion and a sequel. I really hope to see those one day.

Just a note to add to the many, many others pleading for an update. It seems we are so close to the end, 4 chapters to go by your last note, and I'm dying to see what happens. You've done such an amazing job bringing Buffy as a living, breathing part of the LOTR world, it's hard to imagine she was never part of the original stories. I'm so curious to see how you were going to finish everything. I just know Buffy is going to be fit to be tied when she finds out about Aragorn's plan. I've read and reread this story several times. It is just as good this most recent read through as the first time I read it. While it's been a long time, I hold out hope that maybe your muse will stir and inspire you to finish up this most fabulous epic.

Okay it's taken me three days of reading to finish this but I have got to say... WOW. This is by far one of the most incredible stories I've read. Honestly you have an AMAZING amount of talent. I DESPERATELY hope and wish that you finish this. Especially with you saying that there were only a few more chapters left. I love this and goodness I hope you complete it. This is kind of sad. All this time invested, only to leave it unfinished. You doom the readers you begged and cajoled to read and review at the end of every chapter to an endless, and apparently fruitless, wait. It's been many a month since your last update, and even understanding the troubles with real life, I'm quite disappointed. A great story unfinished is like a wonderful meal partially eaten. They both leave you feeling empty and unsatisfied. If you're still even logging in and checking your reviews, of which you have hundreds, and if the only reason you're not posting is because of the length of your chapters, post shorter ones. Show your fans some activity, and that you're not ignoring them, and this wonderful story you've crafted.

This story has been absolutely heart-breaking for me and heart-mending. You really know how to write something to enthrall your audience. If this was a book, I'd buy it right away and it would be in my top 10. When I first opened the story up I didn't know what to think and then I couldn't stop reading. I ate my food reading, I listened to music reading, I ignored people on the phone while reading. I couldn't stop myself, I was so enthralled by your story. I can only sit and wait everyday, waiting for a new chapter. Except, I don't know if I want to read every chapter that comes out until it ends because then I'll be sitting there waiting everyday. You have me addicted and it's crazy. I have never loved a fanfiction story so much in my life. Thank you!!!!

This has got to be the very best LOTR/Buffy Crossover I've read. Most people have taken Buffy, thrown her in Middle Earth and followed the regular plotline so religiously that there was very little variation between different author's stories. You made the story your own and adjusted the plotline accordingly. Moria and it's dangers was my favorite part. Your adding of the slayer of slayers and the super slayer of slayers and having the balrogs and dragons joining the fight was exactly the kind of thing that makes you a great author. The only thing that I even thought about that might have been made better was her lack of use of the blue gem that she dips into water to see the future (very creative by the way). Now, normally a minimal use of such a gift would be wise as knowing the future can lead to some bad things in general, but in the middle of a war that would affect the whole of middle earth if lost, I think I'd be using it a bit more. However, such a long story, you may have just forgotten about it...

Other than that your wording and plot, character personality,...in short, everything is absolutely perfect. Please update, I would love to see such a masterpiece completed.

SO yeah I had read this when you were still updating it regularly. So over the past 2 weeks I've reread the entire story, again. 1067 pages, did you know that! Wow, this is clearly and epic and i can not wait to see if you finish it.

I just finished reading First Knight and thought it was quite brilliant. I loved the way the characters and story line were true to form, and yet you managed to take the existing LOTR books and tweak them enough to become totally original, and fitting with how the world might be with Buffy involved.

I was totally bummed when I came to 'the end'. It's a shame that you stopped so far into it with only 4 chapters remaining, but I do understand the stresses of RL. But still, I hope you'll eventually finish it. The story is too good to be abandoned.

I found this story a while ago and I love it so much that I've re-read it again and again, I really can't believe how good it is! I absolutely love this fic!

The characters are all written fantastically and you've done really well in placing Buffy into this new world. I think it's great that Boromir survived his fall and I love the way you place in quotes from btvs and I noticed a few from charmed too, (I was watching an episode where Piper says: 'Yes, Leo I understand killed very well' and I thought 'I've heard that somewhere else...') And you always seem to get them exactly in the right place too!

Since I've read this fic a few times over, it seems to me like every time I learn something more. Like the last time I read it I noticed something that Galadriel said about there being two attacks on Gondor and it kinda stuck with me... So I'm guessing that there will be another fight to come? And if there is I feel very sorry for Buffy, Faramir and Eyown who must be like the only ones left in the city. The others are all at the black gate... Hmm... Hopefully Boromir and his army will arrive in time?

I really hope that you manage to finish this story soon, I know that sometimes life can suck and you don't feel like writing but please update this fic soon! It's been ages! And I think all your fans are eagerly awaiting the ending. And oh my God I think this might just be the longest review I have ever written.
