Kinda overdone making about 75% of the characters gay-Bi. You really
shouldn't mess with character traits like that unless they haven't been
stated in canon and allow you some decent leeway to play with it and
even then it should be done sparingly so it's believable.

The paragraph at the Opening Feast is mostly Remus's p.o.v. but you have him looking on as Harry flirts with Neville and Remus? Are there two Remus's now? Otherwise it should be Harry flirts with him and Neville...

Isn't the name Bulstrode?

Not sure who should be paired with who. I would suggest waiting a bit for the Scoobies to acclimate before leaning towards pairings. Also, you seem to have Spike and Xander straddling the line between straight and bi...probably should decide who will land where then pairings can be decided.
