Oh, wow. Lots of potential so far. I'm interested to see where you're going with this. Great fan of Heinlein's stuff, particularly with the Lazarus Long spin-offs. And Discworld has got to be entertaining.

i haven't read the crossover so I'm more than a bit lost right now. Ever since Xander woke up events keep happening with very little context as to the world around him--Xander may know all about the world/life he arranged but I sure don't. I like to read unusual crossovers so long as some context for understanding the other world makes it into the story. With this one I'm lost.

Also, you had him get on the ship with the other people so quickly that Xander left his poor puppy G-Man behind--the last mentioned the puppy was playing with twins before the inexplicable assault/orgy. (not to mention no one else apparently even packed a bag to leave on the ship). It's a shame about the dog though, as one of the things that made me grin was Xander playing on the planet with his very own puppy.

Very nice story so far.

Um... I think you read different books than I did. The girls would have had no problem sharing Xander, nor would they ever fight over a man. Oh, there may be some playful antics, but nothing more than banter. Also while the cultural norm was still to wear clothing in the series, most people once they got into the family homes walked around naked so they would not be worried about Xander being naked. And why on Earth would they be worried about Lazarus? Lazarus never had any problems with adding another man into his household. Oh, he doesn't trust people just off the bat, he's lived to long for that, but none of them do.... It would have taken them longer to all fall into bed. While I like the main idea of your story I think you need to go back and fine tune it.

I'm going off reactions I read in different books.

While most of the women wouldn't care, some of them were possessive. I remember a link between Ishtar and Galahad and them being iffy about being with others with hints of jealousy... so in this universe, they aren't.

As for the computer AI's who become human... they both showed possessiveness over the men they like.. so that part is valid.

As for Lazarus and them being worried... he disliked Colin Campbell a great deal at first... because the women liked him so much... which would make them worried for xander.

It's all in there.. hidden or hinted at.. in the books.

good story.loved the books. with his unlimited funds he should be able to ask Athena and Gay to design and build a car with a burrows drive and a shape-shifting outer skin to blend in with different earths he might be on.is Xander going to be working with the circle of orobos as an agent.will he viset the lens-man universe and go to arasia to get a lens.

Oooooooowheeeee you clever writer you, I love this author and that series in particular (wont mention the name in case someone hasn't got it yet and wants to guess), cant wait to see what happens when Xander meets Lazarus, oh oh oh and cant forget the cat .
