Well I'm going to echo many of the same reviews here! Great StORY! I always enjoy finding tales in which Xan-Man is wicked powerful. This tale hit all my marks on that issue! I loved the reading of the aura and the interplay between Xander and the rest so far. The fact that Xander appears to be a mega powerful wizard should make for a blast to read and I kind of look forward to seeing how Buffy, Giles, Willow and Dawn react to that one!

Snape and Xander should have a fun summer ahead of them. Poor Snape banging his head on the wall as Xander messes up more poitons that Nev on a bad day! Xander smirking as he lets slip more about the things he faced and his dear pop having his jaw drop. One of the things I think might be best is if you had Voldie summon up a demon and demand in front of L. Malfoy and the rest of the Death Dealers to know who Xander is. Said demon peeing his pants at the mention of Xander's name and then going on and on about the tale of the Slayer and Scoobies. Then in a hush tone warning Voldie butt not to piss of Big Red.

Hope you add more to this tale soon.

I think I read this story before, but love the concept and the sub-genre.
Enjoy the truth-detector stone, and wonder if Xander didn't mention the Dracula claim bit out-loud. He just thought that part, right? so only what he actually said in quote marks. I know you have at least one sequal. I hope that you might consider expanding this and that one some more. I'd like to see more dialog and interactive scenes. Wonder if after Xander's time with the Shaman or at the school if he can control his "deamon magnet" or magical brightness. Thanks for sharing. Great characterization and good plot in this one.
