Never? Huh. They are both widely used characters, regardless of how well a given person actually likes Willow and Remy(Gambit).
Honestly, I'm not entirely certain that the two of them would work well in the long term, but I wanted to play with the idea a little. It should be interesting, if nothing else.
I'm trying to beat down a Faith/Remy(Gambit) bunny, and a Faith/Kurt Wagner bunny - I have far too many WiP's already to let a few more get started.

A cute short piece, Lucinda! I have to admit that I am SOOOO out of date with the Marvel universe and the X-Men that I don't really know anything about Remy. Is there a resource somewhere on the web which could give me a capsule summary of the character?
This was a fun read, even if I don't know much about Remy!

http://www.uncannyxmen.net/although I confess that I have a tendancy to pick and choose what I actually use. For this story, Remy never got kicked out of New Orleans, and never joined the X-Men.
